Support

Walk 'n Poop support is handled directly for each household. Email mgregor@gmail.com with the device model, iOS version, and what happened.

Joining the household

Confirm the household code or invite link and use a recognizable display name. If joining fails, ask for a fresh invite. If you are already in another household, use Leave Household from the Dog tab before joining again.

Notifications

If alerts do not arrive, check notification permission in iOS Settings, then open the Dog tab and register for notifications again.

Reports

If a report fails to send, wait a moment and retry from the Report tab. The history tab shows reports that reached the backend.
